He was predeceased by: his parents, Lona Welch and Gaylord Welch; and his brother Larry Welch. He is survived by: his wife Marlys Welch; his children, Lona Parker, Michael Welch and Christine Pembrook; his son-in-law Brian Pembrook; and his grandchildren, Luke Roth, Dan Roth, Jacob Roth, Kyle Welch, Matthew Welch and Zoe Parker. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
