It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Terrell of Overland Park, Kansas, who passed away on October 17, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris Terrell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Rose; her husband Dr. Grant B Terrell; her son Grant David Terrell; her mother Viola Welch Cregger (Welch); her stepfather Irvin "Blackie" Cregger; her sisters, Darline Burchett (Cregger), Nadine Cregger Williams and Betty Cregger Green; and her sister-in-law Betty Cregger (Lincoln).

She is survived by: her brother Robert Cregger; her daughter Linda Terrell Mazan; her children-in-law, Paul Mazan and Regina Terrell (O'Connor); her grandchildren, Jillian Terrell, Emily Terrell, Grant Mazan and Brent Mazan (Jessi); and her nieces, Kimberly Terrell, Terri Martin (Cregger) and Paula Cregger.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 9:30 AM and at 10:30 AM at the Porter Funeral Home (8535 Monrovia, Lenexa, KS 66215). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:45 PM at the Fairview Cemetery.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Harvesters or The Greater Chicago Food Depository.
