He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lea Huggins; his brothers, Bob (Mona) and Mark Huggins (Karen); his children, Stacy Scott (Jeffrey) and Edwin Dale Huggins (Anastasia); and his grandchildren, William, Samantha, Olivia Petzold, Vivian Carey and Jack Edwin Scott.
