He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Collins and Thelma Collins. He is survived by: his son Greg Collins; his daughter-in-law Karen Case; and his siblings-in-law, Jeri Nunez and Ron Pardekooper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
