She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Milligan and Blanche Milligan (LaBranche); her grandparents, Patrick, Mary Milligan of Foster City, MI, Esdras and Camille LaBranche of LaBranche, MI.; her husband Tony (Tony); and her siblings, Phyllis Kesler, Janet Skibo, Patrick Milligan, Robert Milligan and James Milligan.
She is survived by: her children, Joe (Onalee) of Windsor, CO, Teresa, Ed and Julie WestHoff (Craig); her grandchildren, Hannah, Hayley, Jake WestHoff, Jaron (Michelle) and Jamey Bartoszek; and her siblings-in-law, Marshall Kesler and Bea Bartoszek. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
