He is survived by: his wife Joan Marcus; his sons, Chris Routh, Corey Routh and Brian Routh; his grandchildren, Jon Routh, Alex Routh, Vanya Routh, Lidia Routh, Oliver Routh and Victoria Routh; his great grandchildren, Jack Routh, Keaton Routh and Charlie Routh; and his sister Mary Louise Brodie.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Judes or the American Heart Association, organizations Jack felt strongly about.
