He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Hataway and Jim Hataway. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lee Oakes; his sister Pamela Hook; and his siblings-in-law, Dr. Brad Hook of Hi and Debbie Oakes of Overland Park. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, grand nephews and nieces, a brother, family and friends.
