It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Catherine (Hurley) Carpenter (Overland Park, Kansas), who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Emmett Hurley and Clara Brock Hurley; her brother John Emmett Hurley; and her husband Carl Kenneth "Ken" Carpenter. She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Scoville (Jack) and Michele Carpenter; and her grandsons, Brock and Blake Scoville. She is also survived by daughters, son-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, Jane's request is that contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Wayside Waifs, or a charity of choice.
