We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2025, at the age of 93, Janet Ann McDiffett of Overland Park, Kansas, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Ann McDiffett to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Babb and Hazel I. Babb; her husband Ellis McDiffett; and her nephew Gary Goodenow. She is survived by: her children, Cindy McDiffett and Jeff McDiffett; her granddaughter Jami McDiffett; her sister Jean Goodenow (Jan); and her sibling's children, Gail Goodenow, Gregg Goodenow, Grant Goodenow, Gavin Goodenow and Guy Goodenow. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and very good friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Charter Funerals - Shawnee Mission (10250 Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Shawnee, KS 66203). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Charter Funerals (10250 Shawnee Mission Pkwy, Shawnee, KS 66203). The inurnment will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery (9501 W 159th St, Overland Park, KS 66221).
