It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet McDowell-Conrad of Overland Park, Kansas, born in Paola, Kansas, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Lloyd and Jeanette Lloyd (Downs); her husbands, Jerry McDowell and Sam Conrad; her son Kevin McDowell; her son-in-law Kevin Dial; her stepson Rusty Conrad; and her siblings, George, Mark Jr., Glen, Keith Lloyd, Gladys Artzberger, June Cook and Esther Weide.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristie Sams (Jerry) of Cleveland, MO, Kimberly Dial of Gardner, Kerry Ford (Fred) of Kansas City, MO and Karla Debrick (Ken) of Paola; and her stepchildren, Regina Gross, Renee Ross and Randy Conrad. She is also survived by many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
