It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Beilharz Spreen (Overland Park, Kansas), born in Ramona, Kansas, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Hackler and Magdalena Hackler (Stemmermann); her former husband Dick Beilharz; and her siblings, Roland Hackler (Betty), Mildred Hackler, Eugene Hackler, Robert Hackler, Eunice Hackler Baresel (Art) and Daryl Hackler.

She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Beilharz, Bethany Beilharz Humphrey (Trey) and Gretchen Beilharz; her grandchildren, Billy, Elena and Kate Humphrey; her husband Francis Spreen; her stepchildren, Scott Spreen (Becky), Doug Spreen (Lynn) and Camille Spreen Peeples (Rob); and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Ann (Gene) and Emma (Bob). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren, and lifelong friends.
