He is survived by : his wife Tara Radmall; his daughters, Teagan and Kylie; his mother Shirley Fitzpatrick; his sister Cyndi Wood (Ken Wood); his mother-in-law Carol Radmall (Gulley); his sister-in-law JunAnn Horton (Ron Horton); his nieces and nephews, Meaghan (Wood) and Georgiana; his great-nephew Luke; his nephews, Alan Wood and Scott Wood; and his niece Sarah Horton. He is also survived by many extended family members including uncles, aunts, cousins, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Children's Mercy Hospital, Pawportunities Animal Rescue, or Hospice House of Kansas City in Jeff's memory.
