She is survived by: her mother Janet Smith; her sons, Clayton Lee and Nicholas Lee (Kelsey); her granddaughter Malia Lee; and her siblings, Kristi Bare (Mike), Heidi Martin (Philip) and Toby Smith (Melanie).
