He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Mook and Kathryn Mook; his son Jerome B. Mook; and his close friend Kenny Williams. He is survived by: his wife Linda Lee Mook; his children, Michelle Mook (Amy), Elizabeth Zishka (Pete), Jonathon Mook and Andrea Zimmerman (Joel); his grandchildren, Jerome B. Mook (Kara), Jesse Mook (Amanda), Connor Zishka (Kristen), Colby Zishka, Jasmine, Brody Savage, Devyn and Kaenen Zimmerman; his brother Philip Mook; his children, Diane Smith, Adam Meyer, Ariane Duey (Derek) and Aubrey Meyer; his grandchildren, Felicity, Adaline and Eloise Duey; and his son-in-law Pete. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
