He is survived by: his parents, Tracy Ann (Pywell) and John Richard Miller, Jr.; his wife Lisamarie Sisillo; his children, Avery Pinkard, Jettison Miller and Charlotte Miller; his grandparents, John Richard Miller, Sr. and Carol Pywell; and his parents-in-law, Derek, Rosemary Bowers and Sabato Sisillo.
