He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Williams and Jewell L. Cantrell (Sherrer); and his siblings, James, Jerry Williams, June Loomis and Jessie Hicks.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Williams; his children, Christy Reeder (Jay) and Joey Williams; his stepdaughters, Valarie Oliver (Scott), Stephanie Miller (Bub) and Carie Luttrell; his grandchildren, Kaylee Petrie (Kannon), Devon Fornal, Christopher Luttrell, Raye Fierro-Rodriguez (Tah'Di), Mackenzie Maxey, Gradey, Haddie and Gage Miller; and his siblings, John Williams (Lois), Jeffrey Williams, Janet Jackson and Pat Nance (Bill).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in his memory to American Cancer Society.
