He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Birmingham and Vera Vay Birmingham (Bevelheimer); his wife Carol; his children, Laura Michelle Tovar (Aaron) of Platte County, Meghan Carol Birmingham (Michael) of Dallas and John Blaine Birmingham (Juliette) of Aix; his sister Teresa Diane Madson (Del) of Mt. Dora; his brother-in-law Allen Edmund Faber (Donna) of Manchester, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Danielle Marie Tovar, John Raymond Tovar, Mark Jacob Tovar, Ryan James Tovar and Margaux Marie Birmingham. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
