He is survived by: his wife Pattie S. Carter; his children, Dan Carter (Lori) and Patsy Crystal (Tom Giambrone); and his grandchildren, Patrick Carter, Tammy McDonald, Samantha Newman and Matt Crystal. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, and many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
