Ferwalt Jr. of Overland Park, Kansas, born in Coffeyville, Kansas, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Ferwalt, Sr. and Frances E. Brill Ferwalt; his sister Mary O'Meara (Ferwalt); and his brother-in-law Raymond O'Meara. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Buzard; his daughters, Sheila Banzet, Katrina Paradis, Letitia Ferwalt and Tamara Dobrzelewski (Joel); his grandchildren, Jacob Moore (Mauley), Emily Hussey, Dylan Ingram, Marley Ingram, Madeline Paradis, Drew Ferwalt (Julia), Gabriel Ferwalt and Andy Dobrzelewski; and his great grandchildren, Rosie Moore, Juniper Moore and Ascella Hussey.
