He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Howard Bailey and Sarah Loretta Bailey (Lawless); and his sister Doris. He is survived by: his friend Bill Matan; his sisters, Delores Jean and Dayley (Ken); his sons, Matthew, Victor Beau and D. O. (Danielle); his grandchildren, Elliot Cowell, Boden and Mia Bailey; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Dark (Diane), Katie Hilton, Joan Harter (Ed) and Chris Ross (Kirk Wulff) of Diana Dark, M. D.. He is also survived by numerous nieces/nephews and great nieces/nephews; and hundreds of friends.
