He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose B. Gonzalez and Leonor Gonzalez (Alverez); and his sisters, Julia Gonzalez and Dolores Carmona. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Pilar Gonzalez of Overland Park, KS; his children, Jose Antonio Jr. (Christie Parker) of Durham, NC, Lucy Leonor Flynn (John Flynn) of Lawrence, KS and Sarah Dolores Gonzalez (Katelyn DePenning) of Merriam, KS.; his grandchildren, Jack Flynn, Kate Flynn, Natalie Gonzalez, Matthew Flynn, Molly Flynn, Saul Gonzalez, Carmen DePenning-Gonzalez, Cora DePenning-Gonzalez and Joseph DePenning-Gonzalez; and his siblings, Ediberto Gonzalez (Lola), Benjamin Gonzalez (Doris) and Julia Zuniga. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
