He is survived by: his brother Floyd; his daughter Jayne Ford; his granddaughters, Jennifer Busenbark (Eric) and Joey Phillips; his great grandchildren, Sadi, Jon, Tara, Jenna, Haylee and Leyton; and his great great grandchildren, Cayden, Tobi, Landon and Leo.
