She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Polifka and Regina Polifka (Schmidt); her husband John Flaherty; her stepgrandson Tanner Starkey-Flaherty; and her brother-in-law Kenny Schmeidler.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Mosher (Alan) of Overland Park and Jeff Rohr (Tracy) of Overland Park; her stepchildren, Shelly Keller (Travis) of Hays, Mike Flaherty (Angie) of Derby and John P. Flaherty of Kansas City; her grandchildren, Michelle McCormick (Justin), Jonathan Mosher (Kelly), Madison Klimas (Joel), Mason Rohr (Ravyn) and Makenna Rohr; her great grandchildren, Charlie, Eli McCormick, Quinn, Sawyer and Rory Klimas; her stepgrandchildren, Jordan Flaherty, Maddie Keller, Quinton Flaherty, Kaitlyn Flaherty, Camryn Flaherty and Karlynn Flaherty; and her siblings, Betty C. Schmeidler of Hays and Charles Polifka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
