She was predeceased by: her parents, Phyllis Korte and Sylvester "Sy" Korte; her sister Kris Black; her stepson CJ Wright; and her pets, Sammy, Stella and Clare.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Wright; her son Jason Rode; her granddaughters, Victoria Rode and Reagan Rode; her siblings, Kent Korte and Katherine Korte; and her niece Allison Korte.
