He was predeceased by : his parents, John Pitcher and Helen Pitcher; and his sisters, Lorraine Newer and Charlotte Curtis. He is survived by : his wife Leilani Pitcher (Charlton); his children, Todd (Caroline), Christine and Rob; his grandchildren, Josie, Madison, Chris and Gavin; and his friend Larry.
