He is survived by: his wife Kären Saltvold; his daughters, Melina Piña of Hutchinson and Monica Jackson; and his stepdaughters, Lisa Lemen and Samantha Ventsam of Overland Park, Kansas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
