She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert C. McCullough and Mary C. McCullough (Hally); and her siblings, Mary Patrice McCullough-Daley, Kevin Michael McCullough and Timothy Robert McCullough.

She is survived by: her husband Bill of Shawnee, KS; her daughters, Hillary of Mission, KS and Hayley of Lenexa, KS; and her siblings, Eileen Brunnemer of Topeka, KS, Maureen Davidson (Larry) of Tonganoxie, KS, Sheila McCullough-Culver (Phillip) of Kansas City, KS, Patrick McCullough (Tess) of Las Vegas, NV and Finnian McCullough (Amber) of Shawnee, KS.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.

The family suggests that any donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or an environmental or animal conservation group of your choosing.
