He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. Smith and Janita Smith (Fann). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne (Russell); his children, Rylie and Reagan Smith; and his brothers, Anthony Smith (Melissa) of Lone Jack, MO and Christopher Smith of Independence, MO. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Donations may be made to his children, Rylie and Reagan Smith's, education expenses in care of the family.
