He is survived by : his daughters, Eve Caroline and Elle Suzanne Tollefson; his mother Susan Barnes; his stepfather Dennis; his sister Manda Mcphee; his niece Karina McPhee; and also Ed DeMoss. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in Matt's memory for a scholarship fund that is being set up.
