He was predeceased by: his mother Joan DiNitto (Halfmann); and his sister Deborah Byers. He is survived by: his father Joseph DiNitto; his brothers, Joseph Jr., Haven and Martin (Allyson); his brother-in-law Brian Byers (Mary); his siblings' children, Ashley Buxton (Mark), Elizabeth McKittrick (Stephen), Matthew Byers of Oskaloosa, IA and Christopher DiNitto (Lindsey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aubrey, Cameron Buxton, Brecken, Whit and Locke DiNitto.
A rosary will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (318 Rush Ave, Andale, KS 67001). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 30th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Coach's Bar & Grill (9089 W 135th St, Overland Park, KS 66221).
