It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Patrick O'Neill of Overland Park, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on February 12, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Neill and Mary Ann O'Neill (Kneib); his brother Timothy "Timmy" O'Neill; and his pet Macee. He is survived by: his significant other Joseph Rohrig; his sisters, Kathleen Maciel, Mary Pat Smith (Matt) and Theresa O'Neill; his nieces and nephews, Natalie Maciel (Michael Asher), Emily Sharp (Grant), Ben Smith (Jenn), Bridget Smith (Shawn Maiden) and Ryan Smith (Nikki Vuu); his great-nephew Lincoln Asher; and his pet Lexi.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Michael's name would be welcomed to Wayside Waifs, American Stroke Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
