Mildred Ann Richter Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mildred Ann Richter of Overland Park, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Stewart and Leona Stewart; and her siblings, Richard Stewart and Alberta Brumley. She is survived by: her husband David Richter; her children, Darren Downey (Staci Downey), Justin Downey and Meghan Flavin; her grandchildren, Paige Reed (Joe Reed), Perri Frost (Matt Frost), Austin Downey, Tierney Flavin, Hazel Downey and Sawyer Downey; and her great grandchildren, Phoebe and Griffin Reed.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Vincent Cemetery.
