He is survived by: his wife Phyllis (Umscheid); his children, Abbie Fuqua (Chad) and Kyle Owen; his stepchildren, Jamie Finical (Mark) and Tim Berends (Kendra); his grandchildren, Kristin Finical, Andrea Finical, Trevor Berends, Evan Fuqua, Julia Berends, Cavan Fuqua, Victoria Berends, Finn Fuqua and Brock Berends; and his siblings, Kellene Polson (Tim), Erin Owen, Kevin Owen (Lisa) and Sheila Welch (Bart). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
