He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Rex Horner and Nadine Horner; his siblings, Dick Horner and Judy Mcfatrich; and his wife Cherrie Horner.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Rubyor, Lisa Stocks and Doug Horner; his grandchildren, Alastair, Alexis, Leah, Corryn and Cole; his siblings, Lloyd Horner (Deanna) and Cindy Fosnow (Randy); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Horner and Bob Mcfatrich.
