He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bennett and Florence Schroeder Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Ha Crick Bennett; his sons, Rich Bennett (Stephanie) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and David Bennett (Kelsey) of Kansas City, Missouri; the mother of his children Becky Kapust Lillicotch; and his grandchildren, Parker, Macy Bennett, Basil and Charlie Freeling.
