He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Lisa Moots (Eric), Michelle Cooper (Bob) and Rob Bixby (Nanci); his grandchildren, Wayne "Cedar" Moots, Wes Moots (Lauren), Robert "Bo" Bixby and Marabelle "Belle" Bixby; and his sister-in-law Karen Stone. He is also survived by niece and nephews.
