He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Lee Cooper and Inez Marguerite Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jane Cooper; his children, Robert Lee Cooper III (Janeen), Elizabeth Gail Hoffman (Brent), John Hall Cooper (Silvia) and David Higgins Cooper (Kara); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Andres, Serena, Lauren, Jamie, Diego, Justin, Sydney, Lindsay, Miguel, Lily and AJ.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Warrensburg (141 E Gay St, Warrensburg, MO 64093). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Sunset Hill Cemetery (604 Colbern St, Warrensburg, MO 64093).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) Foundation or to the Lewy Body Dementia Association and left in care of Sweeney-Phillips & Holdren Funeral Home.
