He was predeceased by: his parent Agnes; his daughter Cheryl Lynn Burdick (John); and his wife Candace Cuthbertson. He is survived by: his children, Gary Cuthbertson (Deborah) of Highlands Ranch, CO, Dean Cuthbertson (Wendy) of Gilbert, AZ, Sharon Pitchford of Apache Junction, AZ, Andrea Clark (Greg Dye) of Castle Rock, CO, Stephanie Cuthbertson (Steve Ingersoll) of Arvada, CO and Brittany Jacobson (Aaron) of Overland Park, KS; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Brooke, Devon, Karami, Austin (Janie), Destinee, Kimberly, Gavin, Dayne, Anabel, Skylar, Cade, Addisyn and Summerlyn. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
