He is survived by: his wife Celia Jarvi of Overland Park, KS; his sons, Rudy Jr. of Minneapolis, MN and Jason of Macomb, IL; his sister Peggy Milby; and his sisters-in-law, Sabrina Taylor of Macomb, IL and Claudia Blaylock of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews and countless friends.
