She is survived by: her husband William "Roger" Leaton; her children, Kelly R. Meigs (Mike) and Chris W. Leaton (Jenni); her daughter-in-law Kim Leaton; her sisters, Virginia "Ginger" Harding (Reed) and Sandra Slane (Reed); her grandchildren, Justin Leaton, Jessica Hutchison (Leaton), Joshua Meigs, Hanna Wright (Meigs), Rebekah Meigs, Jacob Meigs, Zachary Bergquist, Savannah Leaton and Travis Leaton; and her great grandchildren, Bennett Leaton, Amelia "Millie" Leaton, Owen Hutchison, Aspen Hutchison, Jacob "Jake" Meigs, Ruthie Wright, Ainsley Wright and Samuel Meigs.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel (11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens (23215 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS 66227). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grace Community Church-Nazarene (19300 US-169, Spring Hill, KS 66083).
