He was predeceased by: his son Scott Eisenfeld; and his granddaughter Jacqueline Davis. He is survived by: his wife Marylin Eisenfeld; his daughters, Essie Davis (Pat) and Devra Eisenfeld-Smith (Steve); his daughter-in-law Christine Eisenfeld; his brother Jacob Eisenfeld; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Eisenfeld, Tyler Eisenfeld, Shea Smith, Jillian Smith and Colin Davis; and his great grandchild Scott Eisenfeld.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, Kansas City or Children's Mercy, Kansas City.
