He is survived by: his father Stephen Anthony Perkins Sr.; his siblings, Jazmyn, Erika, Olivia, Lucas, Bella, Nina and Anthony; and his grandparents, Dennis and Terri Perkins. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
