He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Dunham and Thomasine S. Dunham (Allison); and his sister Nancy Wonderlich. He is survived by: his wife Denise G. Casey; his sons, Brian Dunham of Amarillo, TX, Brandon Dunham (Misty) of Borger, TX and Travis Dunham (Ashley) of Overland Park, KS; his siblings, Laura Kelsoe (Robert) of Dallas, TX, Richard Dunham (Sherri) of Argyle, TX and George Dunham (Kelly) of Argyle, TX; and his grandchildren, Shylah Shopeese, Stormy Shopteese, Kadin Dunham, Nolan Dunham and Elise Dunham.
