He is survived by: his mother Gladys; his siblings, Mike, Kathy, Nancy, Mary Pat, Mark, Sharon and Kevin; his significant other Suzy; his sons, Trevor (Betsy) and Seth (Gena); and his grandchildren, Jack, Owen, Eleanor and Oliver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and their children.
In lieu of flowers, the family humbly requests that Tom's legacy of carving arrowheads for Scouts be honored by a donation to the Kaw Valley Carving Club, 911 Martin Way, Jefferson City, MO 65109.
