He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. Mulligan and Mamie F. Mulligan (Clements); his significant other Jay L. Shapiro; his siblings, Edward C. Mulligan, Milton F. "Mike" Mulligan, Patrick J. Mulligan, Geraldine Mulligan, Lottie Cianciolo (John), Millie Cox and Janet Mulligan; and his pet Annie.
He is survived by: his children, Robin, David, Jill Shapiro, Steven and Kathy Shapiro; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Cox, Beverly Mulligan and Mary Ann Mulligan.
