He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Telepak Clauer. He is survived by: his father Dr. Daniel Clauer; his wife Dr. Mirra Klausner; his children, Haidee, Anna and Aviva; his mother-in-law Dr. Carla Klausner; his brothers, Brian, Matthew Clauer and Dan Filler; his sisters-in-law, Danielle Klausner, Serena Klausner, Julie Saliba Clauer and Emily Clauer; his siblings' children, Ora, Rose, Cecilia, Liana and Oscar; and his pets, Daisy and Winston.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Louis Memorial Chapel (6830 Troost Ave, Kansas City, MO 64131). For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
