With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vincel Parnell Williams of Overland Park, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2026 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Williams and Devillo Williams (Sibert); his wife Lorraine; his grandson Connor Williams; and his sisters, Arrlowayne Diederich and Donna Bjornstad.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Williams (Susan), Dawn Leach (Steven) of Smithsburg, MD and Wendy Wagner (Roy) of Warrensburg, MO; his sister-in-law Jayne Shimek of Calmer, IA; his grandchildren, Cameron Leach (Gabby), Taylor Leach (Connor), Tanner Leach (Taylor), Cassandra Leach, Jonah Leach (Zahira) and Parker Williams (Madison); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Harper, Avery, Harrison, Carter and Hallie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
