Though William may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those William touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary, Nancy and John. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Nieman; his daughter Sandy; and his grandson Samuel Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McGilley & Hoge Johnson County Memorial Chapel (8024 Santa Fe Dr, Overland Park, KS 66204). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens (23215 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS 66227).
