As we bid William Richard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For William Richard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Norman and Helen Norman; his wife Deborah Norman; and his siblings, James Norman and Nancy Norman.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris Norman and Michael Norman (Mandy); his grandchildren, Hannah and Jack Norman; and his sister Norma Mungen of Houston, Texas. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at the Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home (10507 Holmes Rd, Kansas City, MO 64131).
