He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Stanley and Helen Kay Meyers Perry; his son Lance "Tony" Perry; and his siblings, Patricia Hull and Donald Perry.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Perry (Janet), Jim "Jimbo' Perry (Michelle) of Lansing, KS and Scott Perry (Cindy) of Piper, KS.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
